Our products are produced under strictly controlled conditions, from the seed in the field, through our own cultivation and production process, to packaging. We use special technology to prevent cross-contamination. Raw materials and finished products are continuously tested and controlled in our own and external accredited laboratories.
Recommended use: a useful ingredient in flour mixes for breads, savory and sweet pastries, pizzas. It can be used to thicken soups and stews. A delicious and easy-to-use dough for the preparation of soufflés, pancakes, waffles, and assorted pastries.
